Position Details:- Tuesday - Saturday
- Start anytime from 7A-10A
- Pay $19.00 per hour + mileage reimbursement
Position Summary:
The Merchandiser is responsible for pricing and setting customer’s stores. The Merchandiser reports directly to the Merchandising Manager overseeing the geographical area they service.
Position Responsibilities:- Must maintain Full Coverage car insurance (100/300)
- Service assigned stores as scheduled daily.
- Providing excellent customer service
- Provide merchandising, stocking, pricing, shelf facing, stock rotating, and product and shelf cleaning at our customer locations.
- Arrange store shelves or display areas as required by each store.
- Monitor potential account problems at the store level and report to Sales and/or Sales Manager when required.
- Maintain safe store aisles.
- Maintenance of assigned equipment.
- Reporting hours to division on provided time sheets
- Perform other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate should possess the following:- Must be flexible in schedule (can start anywhere from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Self motivated, people person with strong attention to detail
Qualification:
•High School Diploma/GED
•6+ months experience in merchandising or stocking.
•Must be able to work the scheduled/assigned times and required overtime for the position
•Reliable vehicle with less than 100K miles and 5 years old or less (to qualify for reimbursement program)
•Driver’s license with clean driving record.
•Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish product, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds and generally up to between approximately 60 and 90 pounds, depending on the location, throughout shift
•Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check
