GovCIO is currently hiring for a Project Managerto support USAF Wing level staff. This position will be located on Lackland AFB, San Antonio Texas and will be a fully onsite position.

Project Manager with no direct reports will support Future Operations development/management of IT project planning, operational planning and additional facilities planning for USAF Wing A6 related equities. Establish and maintain project documentation and support Cyber Mission Force growth projects in near and long term to include budget, project coordination and ensuring regulation compliance. Integrate across staff organizations and subordinate units to ensure mission success through integration of project planning, operational planning and execution of projects.

• Tracking and reporting project progress with respect to the project plan and schedule
• Staffing projects to implement the project plan and achieve the project objectives
• Developing and providing input to the project schedule as directed by the government lead
• Coordinating performance of project tasks
• Coordinating with stakeholders and customers
• Identifying project risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Performing quality control for project deliverables
• Ensure adequate support for escalation activities

• High School with 3- 6 years
• Clearance Required: TS/SCI
• Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in Information technology, networking or technical field
• Minimum 5+ years in networking and information technology
• Change management experience and ability to clearly communicate with all stakeholders
• Excellent communications (oral, written and presentation)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Technical training related to Information Technology and Cyber Security
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
