- Up to $85,000 in guaranteed annual salary
- $5,000 Signing Bonus

- Generalist role with a variety of case-mix and patient-population
- Community Health - Outpatient clinic setting
- Monday-Friday schedule
- 1:5 Weekend call rotation - Extra $400 on-call incentive
