Brand Manager, Ballard Products (Amazon)

From our strong team position, we provide marketing expertise and hands off fulfillment to a growing number of brand partners. We are seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to join our brand management team and provide account management, listing optimization, forecasting and ad management for a growing portfolio of brands. This role will collaborate with our advertising specialist, media team, copywriter, account manager(s) and report directly to the lead Brand Manager . A great candidate will be someone who thoroughly understands Seller Central, thrives on strategic analysis of ecommerce data and enjoys fostering positive relationships with vendors. Schedule: Full time exempt, Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting salary $62,000 - $74,900 per year based on experience

Responsibilities and Duties
Current responsibilities will include the below, however the Amazon Brand Manager position will require adaptability to changing needs
- Manage 4-6 assigned brands to drive listing optimization, keyword rankings and sales growth on Amazon.com
- Collaboratively strategize A/B testing and other growth campaigns for brands under management on Amazon.com
- Work with project manager plus media, advertising and supply chain teams to ensure timely completion of multiple concurrent projects across assigned brands
- Coordinate inventory buys to maintain in-stock rate across assigned brands
- Troubleshoot diverse marketplace hiccups on an ASIN level
- Proactively foster positive working relationships as primary contact for brand partners and ensure frequent touch points including weekly, monthly and quarterly reports
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize brand objectives
- Participate in weekly department meetings and foster collaborative working environment
- Independently maintain expertise in ecommerce and the Amazon marketplace
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years experience with ecommerce brand management or agency experience (D2C, Amazon, Walmart.com, etc.)
- 1+ years experience with Amazon Seller Central and Advertising Console preferred
- 1+ years account management experience preferred
- Outstanding ability to analyze and manipulate data
- Self motivated and proactive
- Proficient in Google Suite, project management software
- Familiarity with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) principles a plus
- Keepa, ScaleInsights, DataDive, Revseller, ClickUp and related software experience preferred
