ResponsibilitiesThe Registered Nurse is primarily responsible for using the nursing process of assessment, nursing diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide care to assigned patients. Responsible and accountable for identifying and prioritizing needs, formulating the plan of care, prioritizing/managing/delegating interventions and collaborating with the physicians and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
Qualifications- A graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Must possess a current Oklahoma License as a Registered Nurse.
- Must obtain and maintain a current certification in CPR.
- The ICU Staff RN must maintain ACLS. New graduate nurses have up to six months to obtain their ACLS. Experienced new hires have 90 days to obtain ACLS. NIHSS must be obtained within 90 days of hire.
- At least one year of experience as Registered Nurse. Will consider prior LPN experience where applicable.
