Per Diem Float Pool/Registry Overview

a flexible RN position with premium pay, the Registered Nurse Per Diem
Float Pool/Registry is a great opportunity!Enjoy a flexible schedule and
float to core units within the hospital based on your previous experience. Core
Units are considered IMC, Critical Care, Observation, Med Surg-Telemetry, Orthopedics,
ED and so forth. These positions require a minimum of 1 year of Med Surg Telemetry
experience within the last five years, but those who have two years of
experience in Med Surg or Critical Care can be considered for a Med Surg Float
Pool or Critical Care Float Pool.
Type C: Minimum of five 12-hour shifts per six-week
schedule; 1 full weekend per six-week schedule, 1 holiday per year, 1 hard to
fill shift per year
Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience preferred. 1 year of Med Surg Telemetry RN experience strongly preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required. ACLS strongly preferred.
