Are you a skilled leader who excels at driving client and employee satisfaction A leading Automotive Group in the greater Palm Beach area is seeking to hire an Experienced Automotive Service Manager, with a proven track record of success, to ensure the smooth operation of our Service Department, oversee a team dedicated to delivering top-notch customer service, and maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.
Our ideal candidate will be organized, highly motivated, and have a diplomatic leadership style as well as 3+ years as a Service Manager or Director. We’re looking for a high caliber individual that will grow with us and foster a positive work environment for our employees.

Responsibilities include:
- Lead and motivate a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve departmental goals and objectives
- Hire and manage automotive technicians, service advisors, and support personnel
- Foster a customer-centric environment focused on delivering exceptional service experiences and building long-lasting relationships with clients
- Manage day-to-day operations of the service department, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall dealership performance and customer satisfaction
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to maximize productivity, efficiency, and profitability
- Ensure maintenance and repairs are performed correctly
- Ensure proper equipment maintenance and a safe working environment
Qualifications/Requirements:
- 3+ years of Automotive Dealership Service Management experience leading and managing a team to meet and/or exceed goals is required
- Team builder with strong leadership, managerial, and motivational skills
- Verifiable track record of growing the business and high customer satisfaction
- Outstanding customer service and customer/employee retention skills
- Financial and business acumen and the ability to increase revenue and profits
- Self-motivated, goal oriented and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent computer, customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
