Job Title: Account Manager Associate
Role: Executive Account Manager
Essential Functions:
· Main point of contact for clients.
· Takes ownership of all client’s questions/concerns/requests.
· Technical support and direct contact for all client needs, including working with Analysts, Programming, other Product Departments, Vendors, and Payers as necessary for all products and services within the TPS portfolio.
· Responsible for meeting clients’ expectations. Including but not limited to when challenging issues arise, or during time constraints.
· Fully train new/existing clients on all TPS portals and Product Suites.
· Scheduling and lead site visits and/or business reviews on site or conference calls with clients to build business relationships, analyze workflows, review new product opportunities, and offer continuing education on all products and portals within TPS.
· Aid in identifying client needs and provide additional product opportunities to clients as needed.
· Proactively review and identify any potential issues related to the products and services of TPS.
· Identifying and research issues through resolution and provide timely follow-up to the client.
· Support tracking on outstanding issues in a timely and organized manner.
· Participates as a vital member of the business units and other committees at TriZetto to represent client’s interests.
Qualifications:
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
· An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be taken into consideration in lieu of a degree.
Required Experience:
Minimum of two years' related experience in Account Management.
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
· Ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, attentive and active listener
· Ability to work independently or in a team environment
· Ability to be flexible in all areas
· Ability to lead conference calls with clients and C-Suite Executives
Desired Experience:
· EDI Formats including ANSI, Print Image, NSF, and others used for electronic healthcare transactions (837, 835, 270/271, 278)
· Microsoft Office Suite Programs, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SalesForce
· Experience in the healthcare insurance and or Practice management system, and Electronic Health Records.
· Understanding roles and basic functions of a medical/billing office
Behavioral Competencies:
· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
· Strong presentation skills with the ability to present to all levels of management.
Technical Competencies:
· Microsoft Office Suite Programs, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SalesForce
Salary and Other Compensation:
Applicants will be accepted until 11/11/2024.
The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
