Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled IT QEA Project Manager -Medicare who will be responsible for Strategizing and defining the financial neutrality claims testing process for a strategic program involving Medicare business

Responsibilities:

· Project Management for the overall claims processing – Intake, Adjudication, finance reporting & validation

· Participate in business reviews and develop an elaborate Test Strategy

· Collaborate with Business and Development teams

· Define detailed level Test Plan with the scope, Data Strategy, Iterations of testing cycles

· Conduct and oversee the System, Integration and Regression testing within QA teams

· Claims processing in the claims engine – Health Rules Payor (HRP) application

· Bulk claim processing in HRP platform to ensure Financial Neutrality between platforms.

· Identify gaps in the current testing process and recommend improvements

Required Skills/Qualifications:

· Overall 14+ years of experience working on Quality Engineering & Assurance.

· Agile, Healthcare Domain & Medicare experience – 7+ years

· Must possess excellent knowledge on Claims Process, EDI, Health rules payor (HRP) – 7+ years

· Hands on experience with creating & executing complex SQL queries.

· Experience with Test management tools especially IBM products like RTC, RQM and Rally

· Automation experience with Selenium, good to have RFT and Java based experience

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

· Provider and Member data experience – good to have Market Prominence product knowledge

· Mainframe testing skills – CICS, Batch jobs

· Automation & GenAI foundational courses
