Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN

Our License Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The role is all about the relationships and the bond you will create with the patients and their families.

Requirements:

  • Current LPN license in the state of practice.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • IV certification if required by state of practice.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
