Job Summary :

This role will be a blend between finance and accounting, combining traditional financial aspects including budgeting & planning, financial analysis along with general accounting duties including account reconciliations and managing accuracy of the general ledger. The position is in-house Mon-Fri 8:00 to 5:00.

Responsibilities :

Accounting

·Create and enter journal entries related to assigned accounts

·Prepare all assigned account reconciliations monthly, quarterly and annually

·Support monthly close process in accordance with OneStaff’s 7-day close window

·Works directly with the corporate controller and the entire GL accounting team

·Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.

·Assist with annual financial and tax audits

·Document internal controls in support of accurate and timely accounting

·Maintain the general ledger, prepare tax returns, assist with audit preparations, and perform other accounting duties as assigned

Financial

·Prepares monthly financial and operational reports and analyzes and evaluates business results

·Responsible to lead the annual budgeting and planning process as well as updating forecasts during the year with changes in the business landscape

·Performs complex financial analyses on budgets, forecasting, cash flows, operating results, and business plans

·Analyzes assigned area’s operating results and financial position and reports on findings

·Develops and maintains costing models

·Prepares presentations of the financial results for senior management review

Requirements :

·Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting

·3 years related experience

·Strong understanding of finance principles and methodologies

·Strong understanding of GAAP

·Highly detail-oriented and organized

·Strong excel skills

·Oracle Net Suite experience a plus
