The Role: Client Relationship Manager/ Account Executive
Essential Functions:
· Advise and support clients, offering solutions and tactics to help achieve their business goals while also increasing Cognizant’s revenue.
· Develop strategic plans that align with client priorities and emphasize tools and services that can improve efficiency, streamline processes, or increase profits.
· Strong background and experience in sales and account management
· Monitor client satisfaction and update strategies when necessary
· Ability to manage RFP/RFI process.
· Effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
· Create business proposals for clients and management
· Negotiate new business contracts with clients
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
· Minimum 10 years of experience in a client facing role in a consulting firm or an account/engagement management role in the IT professional services offshore/outsourcing industry, within Insurance vertical.
· Experience managing Client P&L of $10 + Million dollars including reporting and metric assessment for the account
Desired Experience:
· Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required
· Experience in the healthcare industry.

The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
