SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Raleigh-Durham International Airport located in Morrisville, NC.We are currently hiring for Shift Supervisors to work at Jason’s Deli and BurgerFi located inside the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.

Here are a few things you can expect when you join our team as a Shift Supervisor:

• Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
• Run shifts according to SSP standards and operating procedures
• Train new hires on operational standards and processes
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required
• Provide support, coaching and direction to team to deliver business goals

The ideal candidate for this position has:

• Can pass a 10-Year TSA Background Check
• At least 18 years old
• Minimum 1 year leadership experience in the food & beverage industry
• Full Service and/or Quick Service restaurant experience
• Proven track record of resolving uncomfortable situations with clients, customers, peers and direct reports
• Excellent written and verbal communication
