Vendor/Contract Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact between internal IT teams and external vendors for contract-related matters.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for software and hardware solutions.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key vendors and service providers.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring contractual obligations are met.
