Job Description:

About the Role:

The Production Supervisor role at the Wayland location provides support to the Operations team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

  • Training and motivating employees to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer satisfaction
  • Analyzing and recommending measures to improving production methods, equipment performance, and the quality of product
  • Problem solving and enforcing all company policies and procedures
  • Being responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issues

Important Details:This is a full-time role on 3rd shift, which operates from 4:00pm through 12:00am. Weekends off are on a rotating basis.

About You:

You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills including knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
  • Experience leading in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus
  • The ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
