Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
- Build well-written technical training for production equipment and or lines
- Facilitate training to the intended audience ensuring information is understood
- Analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems
- Communicate with all levels across SC Operations through active listening, and asking questions to ensure training materials includes all processes and tasks
- Use photographs, drawings, videos, diagrams and charts in training material to increase users’ understanding
- Adjust facilitation style to meet the needs of the audience by selecting appropriate communication mediums, such as manuals or online videos
- Revise training materials to keep up with process improvements
- Produce high-quality detailed training material/documentation that meets THS standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
- Grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
- Meet aggressive deadlines
- Demonstrated knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field of technical writing.
- Delivering accurate training/documentation under tight deadlines
- Collaborate with Operational leaders across the site to increase information sharing, performance support, and training delivery skills
- Coordinate with Site leaders to understand training needs and influence the training and development agenda and objectives
- Lead Training Resources to produce written information, verify and confirm facts.
- Train Trainers in effectively delivering training material to hourly employees.
