About the Role:
The Warehouse Associate II role at the Manawa location provides support to the warehouse team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance in the warehouse and throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
- Compares identifying information and counts, weights, or measured items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against bills of lading, invoices, packing lists, orders, or other records.
- Records shortages, overages, and damages, and corresponds with Purchasing and Customer Service to achieve resolutions to issues.
- Monitors productivity, assigns rush picks, and adjusts work assignments based on workload.
- Data computer entry, tracking, perform and prepare various clerical duties for management (examples - detailed reports, standard work, meeting notes, or notifications).
- Perform activities of team members covering absences, breaks, or manpower shortages, and develops an expertise level to run all positions in the warehouse and the office.
