Job Title: MDM Functional Consultant with Stibo (ONSITE)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional SME with 8 to 12 years of experience in Requirements Gathering and Business & System Analysis. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This hybrid role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the requirements gathering process by engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and document detailed requirements.
  • Oversee the business and system analysis to ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for business process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation including use cases process flows and functional specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather feedback and validate requirements.
  • Ensure that all requirements are clearly communicated to the development team and are understood.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on the status of requirements and analysis activities.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and test cases to ensure that requirements are met.
  • Provide support during the testing phase to address any issues or discrepancies that arise.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are delivered on time.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methodologies.

Certifications Required

Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA)

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until 10/19/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $88,200 – $139,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
