Caregiving Supervisor
$12 - $14/hr depending on experience
*$500 Sign On Bonus*
1st $250 paid out after 60 days of employment
2nd $250 paid out after 90 days of employment
Please Note: This position is not remote. House Managers must be able to reliably commute to Wichita Falls, TX. They must have a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance. They must have at least one year of Caregiving experience.

Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
- Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and participate in a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight.
- Supervise a team of Caregivers supporting individuals we serve in the program.
- Provide support to individuals receiving services including: assistance with daily activities such as meal preparation and planning; medication administration; and personal care.
- Duties are split between providing direct support, professional or program activities, and supervision.
- Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SEVITA
Education:High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience:one year of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
Skills:Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
Behaviors:Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
Vehicle:Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
- Must be 18 years or older.
