Unit will accept contracts from 13 weeks+ up to March 15, 2025 (hard stop) to get the Unit through the Holidays!
*36hrs can be offered.
SHIFT: 12HR NIGHTS; 18:45 - 07:15
*All missed shifts should be made up within the same week if possible; if not, time should be added to the end of the contract to make up the missed shift
Float Requirement: FLOATING REQUIRED as needed to Med Surg (1:6 Ratio)
Weekend Requirement: At least 4 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule.
PATIENT DIAGNOSES: The Intermediate Critical Care Unit is an exciting unit that exists to provide specialized care for patients that include but are not limited to: DKA, Sickle Cell, Sepsis, Respiratory Distress, Pneumonia, Heart Failure, Stroke and stroke like symptoms
SPECIAL PROCEDURES / UNIT DETAILS: The unit functions as a Rapid Response RN
SPECIAL EQUIPMENT: Bipap, Cpap, Optiflow
UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXSIS, EPIC
SCHEDULING TYPE: Self Schedule that is then balanced/approved by staffer
UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 Hours
SCRUBS: All navy or Navy and White
