Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Datasphere SAP Developer to join our team serving our client. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), with a proven track record of developing and implementing data solutions that drive business insights and performance. This position will be a full-time contract and hybrid.

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and implement SAP Datasphere solutions to meet business requirements

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications

• Develop and maintain data models, data integration processes, and data visualization solutions using SAP Datasphere and SAC

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all SAP Datasphere implementations

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Datasphere and SAC

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and best practice

What You'll Need

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

• 5-7 years of experience in SAP development, with at least 2-3 years specifically in SAP Datasphere and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, data modeling, and ETL processes

• Proficiency in SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and related SAP tools

• Experience with SAP HANA, SAP BW, and other SAP data management solutions

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• A Master’s degree in a related field

• Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members

• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and technological advancements

• Collaborative approach to work, fostering a positive and productive team environment

• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables

Certifications (Preferred):

• SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Analytics Cloud

• SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP HANA

• Any additional SAP certifications related to data management and analytics are a plus

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
