Job Summary:
For over 30 years, New Season Treatment Centers have been a leading national health care service provider of outpatient treatment centers that specialize in providing safe, quality and best in class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).
Operating in over 70 treatment centers in multiple states, our team members are engaged in medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management of individuals living with OUD. We treat the whole person and, in so doing, address the underlying causes of OUD in an effort to provide a continuum of care that not only addresses treatment needs but supports the patient on their journey to recovery.
Essential Functions:
Performs area walkthrough of the clinic at least once every hour.
Performs area sweeps to ensure safety around the mobile unit.
Performs mobile unit security checks at all locations.
Performs beginning and end of day check lists to set up and secure end of day mobile unit requirements.
Performs an end of day clinic walkthrough to ensure all clients are out of the building and have left the area.
Assists in the prevention of diversion and theft from the clinic and mobile unit.
Monitors and maintains all aspects of internal and external health/safety/security issues including welfare of patients and staff.
Monitors patient activities on center premises, including parking lot, mobile unit and dosing areas.
Responds quickly to any disturbance.
Assists with collection of drug screen samples as needed.
Communicates with Program Director regularly.
Ensures parking lot rules are followed.
Ensures the parking lot, building and mobile unit surroundings are kept free of trash.
Maintains clear and safe driving record.
Follows all traffic laws while operating mobile unit.
Performs other duties as assigned by Program Director.
Essential Qualifications:

Education/Licensure/Certification: High school diploma/GED or equivalency. CDL and safe driving record
Required Knowledge: Understanding of de-escalation techniques to utilize with patients to ensure a calm environment
Experience Required: Crowd control experience as well as experience de-escalating individuals in heated situations.
Skill and Ability: Ability to raise issues proactively and in a timely manner.
Excellent customer service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality
