Starting Wage:
- Wages range based on previous experience and generally start between $19-$21/hour
- Second Shift has a $1/hour shift differential on top of the hourly wage
Hours:
First Shift | 5am - 3pm | Mon-Thurs
- While it is not often, some mandatory OT on Fridays may be required by supervisor
Second Shift | 3pm – 1am | Mon - Thurs
- While it is not often, some mandatory OT on Fridays required by supervisor

Please find a brief description of our Converting Machine Operator position:
- Operators load converting bag machines with roll stock of film (plastic). The operator sets up the machines to the customer's specification and the converting bag machine forms the bag or the pouch. Operators are responsible for efficiently operating the converting bag machine, including but not limited to: machine setup, bag production, handling finished product, quality control and reporting while adhering to safety guidelines.
Requirements:
- Able to regularly lift 10-15lbs and occasionally 50lbs of product
- Great attitude and attendance is a must!
- Mechanical reasoning skills
- Ability to do machine set-ups, calibrations, etc. or a willingness to learn
- Ability to read a tape measure and record measurements
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a high speed, manufacturing environment
- (Manufacturing experience preferred)
