We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 11 to 15 years of experience to join our team.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $150,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust architecture solutions using Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal.
- Knowledge of Amazon Connect to work on migration of Genesys to Amazon Connect planning and architecture
- Oversee the implementation of technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and are scalable.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the architecture aligns with industry best practices and regulatory requirements particularly in the Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.
- Conduct regular reviews of the architecture to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Lead the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance the overall system performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all architectural designs and modifications.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise to ensure optimal functionality.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve the architecture.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members to foster their professional growth.
- Ensure all solutions are secure reliable and compliant with relevant standards and regulations.

- Possess a deep understanding of Genesys Composer Genesys Eservices Genesys CIM Platform and Genesys Voice Portal.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Show a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale technology projects.
