Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a,12x3, 36 hrs per week, will consider 48's
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- ME license
- 2+ years’ experience
- BLS
Must Have Skills/Experience:- Manage chronic illness and disability needs
- Physical Assessment daily and with change in status
- Medications administered as ordered
- Care Planning updated and reviewed weekly
- Education updated and reviewed weekly
- Clinical Notes written as needed
- Ensure patient safety and advocate for their well-being
