Shift:FlexibleDays / 8x5, 40 hrs per week
Length:13 weeks
Weekend/Holiday: Possibility of 1-2 weekends- No holidays
Requirements:
- WI license
- 1 year experience
- Minimum Experience: General PT/ Ortho skills. Inpatient and outpatient experience. general outpatient as well as inpatient Pelvic Floor experience highly preferred
- BLS
- Epic charting experience preferred
Other Details:
- Must live outside a 50 mile radius
- Unit Specific Skillset: 8-10 patients. Inpatient and outpatient
