Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel RN - Med Surg 6 South
Shift: Nights / 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hours per week,Holidays rotate in with regular staff
Length: 13 weeks
Every other or 2 weekends per month is standard, could be higher tomeet needs of department
Requirements:
- MS License
- 2 Years’ Experience
- Must have solid experience as an RN -1 or more years level 1 trauma experience preferred or experience at a Very large medical center with a lot of surgeries/high acuity patients
- Must be comfortable with lines, chest tubes
- BLS
- ACLS
- Epic Charting experience
Other Details:
- # Beds: 32
- Nurse: Patient Ratios: typical ratio for all MedSurg units is 1:5 up to 1:6 at times, ratio would be adjusted down for higher acuity patients
- Common diagnoses/Types of patients current INFECTIOUS DISEASE, also takes MedSurg overflow
- Float within skillset, all staff float between all MedSurg units. higher acuity patients would be given to core staff
