Shift: Days, 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40 hrs per week, Mon-Fri
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- MN License
- Minimum 1 year outpatient experience
- Experience with outpatient and subacute helpful
- AHA BLS
Other Details:
- Will work between the clinic OP and SNF
- Comfortable working alone in a clinic setting
- Willing to float between outpatient clinics and SNF as needed
