We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience specializing in SFDC Development and Customization Salesforce Experience Cloud Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will also have domain expertise in eBill-Invoice Presentment and Payment Electronic Payments and Cards & Payments. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual to drive technology solutions and innovations.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 and $160,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
- Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications to enhance functionality and user experience.
- Provide technical expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud to create seamless and engaging user interfaces.
- Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to streamline development and deployment workflows.
- Configure SFDC Lightning components to improve system performance and user interaction.
- Ensure SFDC Configuration aligns with organizational needs and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate eBill-Invoice Presentment and Payment solutions.
- Drive the adoption of Electronic Payments systems to enhance transaction efficiency and security.
- Develop and maintain Cards & Payments systems to support business operations and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure optimal operation of Salesforce platforms.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and architects to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in SFDC Development and Customization with proven experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in Salesforce Experience Cloud and its application in real-world scenarios.
- Have hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOPS to manage development pipelines.
- Show proficiency in SFDC Lightning configuration and customization.
- Exhibit knowledge of SFDC Configuration best practices and standards.
- Understand the intricacies of eBill-Invoice Presentment and Payment systems.
- Be well-versed in Electronic Payments technologies and their implementation.
- Have a solid understanding of Cards & Payments domain and related technologies.
