PRACTICE SPECIFICS

• This is a fantastic opportunity to join our premier, downtown campus, integrating Family Med and Internal Med
• Our ideal candidate would be an energetic team player with a desire to provide quality care, be adaptable to try new approaches, and work with a blended team
• On-site lab, radiology, and pharmacy
• Pharmacist co-located in department
• Anticipated weekly work schedule: M-F 36 patient contact hours
• EPIC medical records & PACS Radiology
• Flexible FTE (0.6 - 1.0)

REQUIREMENTS

• BC/BE Family PracticeOB is optional. This would require being a part of a “community-wide OB Call group”
