PRACTICE SPECIFICS

REQUIREMENTS

  • BC/BE in Gerontology or BE/BC in IM or FM, with extensive Geriatric training/experience (e.g., fellowship, nursing home medical director, CMD status from AMDA, hospice/palliative care certification)

COMPENSATION

  • $271,192 for a 1.0 FTE Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation.

  • 150 miles north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
