Job Description:
Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in the areas of speech, language, cognition and swallowing accordance with professional standards of the American Speech Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) using any established Clinical Practice Guidelines.
Education Qualifications:
- The therapist can expect to have a mixed caseload of both pediatric and adult patients
- The therapist can expect to work in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- These therapists travel to locations in the greater Duluth/Superior area and assist in coverage needs when other therapists are on vacation, leaves, etc.
- Work closely with the PT and OT members of the rehab team
- Enjoy working in a diverse, rural practice treating both outpatients (primarily) and inpatients
- Weekend and holiday rotation required
- Typical hours are 8:00AM-4:30PM but may be flexible depending upon location
- Ideal candidate is an experienced CCC-SLP with history of treating diverse patients of all ages
- This position is open to students in their final year of training, they can receive a monthly stipend for a maximum of 12 months before the official start date
Educational Requirements:
- Master's degree from accredited speech and language pathology program
Licensure/CertificationQualifications:

- Current registration/license to practice speech-language pathology in the state of practice (MN and WI)
