Expected salary range of $92,700 to $103,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION
Main areas of responsibility include: Oversees fleet related activities for company with an ongoing statistical analysis of costs, processes and activities to support fleet functionality. Leads daily operations of the Fleet garage and 68th St facility including personnel performance. Executes monthly reports for management regarding Fleet expenses, fuel analysis, leased and owned vehicles review and determination of life cycle, work quality, etc. Serves as primary contact with Fleet vendors for material and lease agreements. Executes all environmental requirements for facility.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Maintains records and statistical analysis needed for all company vehicles including maintenance/repair history.
- Leads Fleet personnel and monitors performance including performance review activities.
- Executes analysis and recommendations for vehicle acquisitions to support all business units. Places vehicle orders and coordinates delivery of new vehicles with appropriate vendors including rental/lease, up-fit and graphics installation.
- Oversees issuance and activity for fuel cards, maintenance cards and Telematics program.
- Executes monthly reports for management regarding fuel analysis, mileage driven, etc.
- Develop/monitor metrics for Fleet garage performance for volume and quality control.
- Reviews all fleet related monthly invoices for accuracy and processing to Accounts Payable.
- Serves as primary contact with outside suppliers for all vehicle related activity.
- Monitors supplier performance and provides feedback to manager.
- Oversees facility activity for environmental compliance.
- Supports company business units by acting as receiving liaison on material deliveries to the 68thSt facility.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge: General knowledge of company operations, and ability to learn specific operations of division to which assigned. General knowledge of automotive material and processes.
- Skills/Abilities:
- Communicate effectively with management, internal personnel and suppliers.
- Computer literate with strong ability to use Excel to create/prepare detailed analysis for Sr. Management.
- Ability to monitor employee performance and effectively coach/counsel individuals
- Education/Experience: At least ten years of job related work experience in leading a team and performing detailed analysis or the equivalent combination of formal education-college degree in related field.
