CLIENT:Select - Willis clinic

GUARANTEE:36-40hrs GTE
ASSIGNMENT LENGTH:13 Weeks
REQUESTED EXPERIENCE:Can accept New Grads. PT with6+ monthsof recent working outpatient experience Preferred(clinical will not count for experience).
STAFF:Join team
EMR:Net Health;
CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING:Patient Caseload:On Average 11 patients in a 8 hour day or 55 patients/week. Some days more, some days less, depending on Arrival rate and complexity of patients.
Time For Treatments/Evals:Every clinic schedules slightly differently, but generally evals are 45 min and follow ups are 30 min (but the patient is here for longer, there will be overlap).
SCHEDULE:M-F - may be able to accommodate 4x10s depending on clinic.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
-1st day unbillable orientation:Entire 1st day unbillable orientation
-Any overtime must be approved by manager beforehand.
-Expectation is that documentation is to be done at point of service for all travelers and perm employees.
-If census is low, providers need to be asking what they can do in the clinic to make sure they hit their GTE. Sweeping, filing paperwork – etc. If they do not want to help out in order to hit their GTE only actual hours will be billed/paid
-Any RTO that is not confirmed needs to be approvedwith manager 30 days prior.
- 2 week noticefor client/provider.
-Ifclinic is closed/closes early or has delayed start due to inclement weather only actual hours will be billed.
