Physical Therapist

Salary: $86,000 - $113,000 / Year (commensurate with experience)

Job Location: 672 Parkside Avenue, Brooklyn, NY (Lefferts Gardens; outpatient clinic)

Sign-on bonuses available

Job Type: Full-time (Mon-Fri; 40 hours per week. Three evening shifts and Two early shifts. Will discuss schedule further during interview.)

Responsibilities:

You’ll achieve success by:

  • Reviewing patients medical history

  • Provide excellent 1:1 care for your patients, spending an average of 40 minutes with each person

  • Diagnosing patients by observing their movements and listening to their concerns

  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients with clear goals and expected outcomes

  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury

  • Recording patient progress and modifying the plan of care as needed

Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapist Licensure in good standing in New York state

  • CPR and first aid certification required

  • MUST be familiar with treating general ortho and return to sports rehabilitation

  • Pediatrics experience a plus

  • Bilingual Spanish or Creole speaking preferred
