Overview:
Clinic Name: Green Oaks Physical Therapy - Waxahachie, TX
Position: Physical Therapist - Full-Time
Experience: New Graduates and Experienced Physical Therapists are Welcome to Apply!
Salary: Base salary of $78-90k depending on experience.
Productivity Bonus: Up to $15,600 per year
Perks: Up to a $7,500 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Schedule: Flextime (flexibility may depend on current staffing) between 7am - 7pm Monday-Friday. 40 hours per week.
Caseload/Productivity expectations: 12 visits per 8-hour day (1-2 new patient evaluations per day).

Green Oaks Physical Therapy (GOPT) has provided exceptional outpatient orthopedic care in the DFW metroplex for over 20 years! Founded by Physical Therapists in 2000, GOPT now has 17 locations that allow us to serve the people in our communities with compassionate and competent care. We have an immediate need for a full-time Physical Therapist at our Waxahachie location. We Are Seeking:
- Physical Therapist with a strong drive to serve others, learn and grow!

- Excellent communication and people skills
- Graduate from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current state of Texas license or (soon to have if relocating)
