The Role

As a Business Development Representative at Kantar Profiles, you will be a driving force behind our growth and success. Your role is crucial in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and qualifying their fit with Kantar Profile’s solutions. By effectively communicating the value of our data, solutions and services, you will contribute to our mission of shaping the brands of tomorrow.

What You'll Do...

  • Identifying and generating new business opportunities through various prospecting techniques

  • Leveraging tools and technology to reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, and social media.

  • Conducting needs assessments and generating initial interest in Kantar Profiles.

  • Scheduling initial meetings for discovery calls with Profile’s Sales Directors.

  • Providing feedback to the sales and marketing team on what messaging is and is not resonating.

  • Collaborating with the sales team on what companies and personas to target.

  • Meeting and exceeding activity targets and KPIs.

The skills & experience needed as a Business Development Representative

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the consulting or data industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong ability to understand and address client needs.

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.

  • Persistence, resilience, andthe ability to maintain high outbound activity levels.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

  • Proficiency in CRM software

The salary for this role in USA (remote working) is $60,000 plus a competitive variable component bases on achieving sales targets. Your final base salary will be settled based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
