Responsibilities - Service Manager:
- Generates revenue, communicates clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, and focuses on customer satisfaction
- Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer concerns
- Maintains customer service records in the computer system
- Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians' productivity
- Oversees employee training and development
- Ensures a safe working environment
- Ensures equipment is properly maintained and repaired
Requirements - Service Manager:
- 5 or more years of Automotive Service Manager experience is required
- Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is required
- Stable work history
- Comprehensive auto industry knowledge and management experience
- Self-motivated with creative problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic understanding of business management
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
