The Impact You’ll Make in this Role


As an Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Helping clinicians bring joy back to practicing medicine
  • Improving patient care and outcomes
  • Driving meaningful impact into helping to reduce hospital waste and spending
  • Working with a highly experienced team to drive increased sales of the 3M HIS portfolio
  • Assist in managing client relationships and securing 3M HIS contract renewals

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 5 years of combined years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

OR

  • High School Diploma/GED from AND 9 years of combined years of healthcare software customer service and/or sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

  • Five (5) years of successful experience working in relationship management within healthcare, responsible for direct customer interaction.
  • Knowledge and demonstrable experience with relationship selling and account management skills.
  • Proven ability to position value / benefits with decision makers; ability to initiate and develop successful selling & contract renewal strategies; ability to fully negotiate contracts and close profitable business within the region that protect all expected Solventum HIS business unit margins.

Work location: Remote

Sales Territory: Southeastern US

Travel: May include up to 50% domestic

Relocation Assistance: Not authorized.

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
