Gifted Requirements

A minimum of 1 year as an RN with recent experience in the specialty applied to.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operating Room Nurse (OR RN) care for patients before, during, and after surgery and assist the surgeon in procedures. The OR RNprovidesdirect and individualized care to patients.OR RN job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Prepare, administer, and record prescribed medications
• Coordinatewith medical team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Create and maintain sterileand safe surgical environment
• OR RN conduct pre- and post-operative education
