JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Manager, Marketing Platforms role will help support the vision for marketing platforms, collaborating with multiple teams across the enterprise. Responsibilities include participating in design and planning sessions, designing targeted digital customer experiences, and managing the activation of customer audience segmentation models. The role also focuses on integrating and optimizing content, shaping product promotion within marketing platforms, assessing trends and data to inform decisions, analyzing performance, and facilitating collaboration across stakeholder groups.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education and Experience
Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major
- Six or more years of relevant professional experience in digital product development, digital CX design, and/or digital marketing, demonstrating progressive career growth and a pattern of exceptional performance
- Proven ability to drive change, influence, and collaborate in a highly matrixed organization of internal and agency partners
Preferred
- Solid understanding of customer experience journey, audience segmentation, brand positioning, creative UX design, and integrated marketing strategies
- Working knowledge of Digital Media/Ad Tech space (e.g. DMPs, DSPs, Ad-Servers, DCO, Tag Management)
CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Strategy execution and initiative support
- Support and execute on the vision for marketing platforms.
- Collaborate with teams across the enterprise including data analytics, creative/UX, marketing channels, and digital product teams on marketing platforms.
- Participate in design, planning, review, and working sessions to further advance our marketing platform capabilities.
- Design targeted digital customer experiences that meet customer needs and achieve brand positioning goals and marketing KPIs.
- Manage the activation of customer audience segmentation models in experiential marketing.
- Integrate and optimize various types of content to inspire, engage, and convert customer business within the digital marketing experience.
- Shape the promotion and purchase of core and non-lodging products within the marketing platform experiences.
- Assess trends, data, insights, and stakeholder perspectives to inform digital product decisions.
- Analyze performance of efforts to focus on the most impactful priorities and continually improve organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate collaboration and partnership with all stakeholder groups, unifying marketing efforts into strong performance strategies.
- Update internal stakeholders as well as agency partners regularly on progress and insights.
The salary range for this position is $115,700 to $155,300 annually.
