Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Gate Management (QGM) professional to join our team, focusing on SAP Solution Manager. This role is hybrid, based in Middletown, PA, and offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions.
What You’ll Do
Oversee and manage the Quality Gate Management (QGM) processes within SAP Solution Manager
Implement and maintain application lifecycle management (ALM) strategies to ensure efficient and effective software delivery
Configure and optimize pipeline configurations to support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align quality gate criteria and ensure compliance with organizational standards
Monitor and report on the status of quality gates, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks
Provide training and support to team members on QGM processes and best practices
Continuously improve QGM processes by incorporating feedback and industry best practices
What You'll Need
Required:
A minimum of 7 years of experience in Quality Gate Management or a related field
Extensive experience with SAP Solution Manager, particularly in application lifecycle management and pipeline configuration
Strong understanding of CI/CD practices and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Preferred:
Additionally knowledge of Convergent Mediation and pipeline configurations for this toolset
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Physical Demands
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
