Job Description:
As a(n) Scientific Education Support Manager, Grants you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Lead the management of the educational grant processes from submission to reporting to ensure proper monitoring and controls are in place.
- Identify opportunities for streamlining grant management processes through system enhancements or automation for scalability.
- Monitor grant activities, providing guidance to internal stakeholders, and maintaining accurate compliance documentation and reporting.
- Serve as a liaison on behalf of Solventum to 3rd party organization throughout the grant process.
- Provide training and support on compliance requirements, reporting procedures, and best practices.
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND 3-5 years of professional experience years of experience in healthcare grant administration, compliance, or grant program management.
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
- 1+ years of experience designing new grant programs or improvement of existing processes and procedures related to the grants management lifecycle
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Familiarity with grant management software and reporting tools such as Your Cause and Blackbaud is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring compliance with all grant requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Relevant certifications in grant management or systems administration are a plus.

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $160,284 - $195,903, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
