Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Mulesoft and a good understanding of data standards and data quality. This hybrid role requires excellent technical expertise and the ability to work cross-functionally with multi-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of Mulesoft integrations to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
  • Be responsible for the implementation of data standards and data quality measures to maintain the integrity of data.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to cultivate skill development and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all Mulesoft solutions are scalable maintainable and meet performance requirements.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistency to best practices and coding standards.
  • Fix and resolve technical issues related to Mulesoft integrations and data quality.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for Mulesoft integrations data standards and data quality processes.
  • Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft features and industry trends to continuously improve solutions.
  • Work closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of testing and deployment activities to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Supervise and optimize the performance of Mulesoft integrations to ensure efficient data processing.
  • Develop a collaborative and inclusive work environment to drive team success and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of 12 years of experience in technical roles with a focus on Mulesoft.
  • Demonstrate strong expertise in designing and developing Mulesoft integrations.
  • Have a shown understanding of data standards and data quality principles.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to fix sophisticated technical issues.
  • Show proficiency in mentoring and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with collaborators and team members.

Certifications Required

Mulesoft Certified Developer Data Management Certification.

Salary and compensation

The annual salary for this position $129.500.00 - $152.000.00 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plan
