three of our leading hospitals:MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center
MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital
MedStar Harbor Hospital
MedStar Montgomery Medical Center
MedStar Union Memorial Hospital
All but two are Magnet Certified, and the rest
are actively pursuing this prestigious designation.
What You’ll Do:
Work on Medical-Surgical Units or Critical Care/Intermediate Care Units, depending on your background. Enjoy a generous base rate, variable shift incentives and additional pay for Charge/Preceptor roles.
Schedule Requirements:
Commit to four 12-hour shifts per 6-week schedule, two weekend or night shifts per 6-week schedule, one holiday a year and 1 hard-to-fill shift per year.
Float to three or more hospitals with 25% of shifts at each location.

Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing required.
- 2+ years of RN experience required; two plus years of RN experience in Medical-Surgical or Critical Care Units strongly preferred.
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN and Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers required. ACLS strongly preferred.
