To be eligible for Skills for Chicagoland’s Future’s services, candidates must reside in Chicagoland (Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, Kendall, DuPage, or Will County in Illinois), and be either unemployed or underemployed, defined as working fewer than 32 hours per week or outside their field.

Job Highlights
- Responsible for the effective daily coordination and monitoring of patient flow through timely and accurate dispatch
- Manages patient placement requests and assignments of environmental services personnel
- Resolves problems related to patient, visitor, staff, or employee complaints associated with departmental issues
- Ensures staff availability

Pay Rate
$16.48 - $25.96 per hour
Candidate Profile
- Healthcare or call center experience required.
- Exhibits excellent customer service, telephone etiquette, and listening skills.
- Maintains professionalism at all times
- Flexible with and willing to adjust schedule and work weekends if needed
- 2:00PM - 11:30PM availability required
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and experience with Epic Software is preferred
