Job Summary
As a Sr. Coordinator, Human Resources, you will support the administrative functions of human resources that directly affect the OKG Warehouse and Transportation Team Members, (both union & non-union).
THIS ROLE IS ON-SITE WORK MODEL, AT OUR OKG office located at
755 Beechnut Drive, PA 15205
THE WORK SCHEDULE IS SUNDAY TO THURSDAY 8AM TO 4PM
Job Description
- Experience Required: 6 months to 1 year HR administrative experience
- Experience Desired: Knowledge of HR related DOT regulations;
- Knowledge of labor agreements.
- Experience strongly desired: Processing payroll for a unionized workforce
- Understanding of OSHA safety regulations;
- Knowledge of general HR laws
- Experience Required: MS Office suite, Kronos UKG timekeeping software, Workday HCMS.
- Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent with 18 months+ of additional training
