About the Role

The Payroll Specialist manages and executes payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation while maintaining compliance with regulations.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Processes weekly/biweekly payroll in ADP Workforce.
• Validates and audit payroll reports.
• Prepares Union Fringe & Certified Payroll Reports.
• Supports payroll projects & union audits.
• Initiates continuous improvement in US payroll process and Canadian payroll operation including payroll processing, yearend activities etc.

What You'll Need for Success:

• Education Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline would be preferred, or a combination or the equivalent work experience.
• 7+years payroll experience in full-cycle US payroll of multiple jurisdictions and job sites.
• Multiple union experience required.
• Experience in ADP Workforce preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
