Step 3 – In-Store Interview
Your video interview is reviewed by a member of our Recruitment team and our top candidates are invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility or delivery service terminal.

  • Prparer les commandes pour la livraison ou le ramassage selon le calendrier (charger, empaqueter, emballer, tiqueter, expdier)
  • Charger et dcharger les produits des livraisons
  • Utiliser et entretenir les vhicules et l'quipement de l'entrept
  • Aider les clients en personne et par tlphone en dterminant les besoins et en prsentant les produits et services appropris.
  • Traiter les transactions de vente avec prcision et conformment aux politiques et procdures
  • Livrer les produits au client de manire sre et en temps opportun
  • Communiquer et cooprer avec les superviseurs et les collgues
  • Maintenir un environnement de travail propre et sr et optimiser l'utilisation de l'espace
  • Suivre les normes de service de qualit et se conformer aux procdures, rgles et rglementations
  • S'assurer que l’entrept est organis
  • Utiliser l'quipement de teinture, de mlange et de correspondance des couleurs, selon les besoins.
  • Se conformer aux procdures de contrle des stocks et aider l'examen semestriel des stocks.
Exigences minimales
  • Doit tre g d'au moins dix-huit (18) ans
  • Doit tre lgalement autoris(e) travailler dans le pays d’emploi
  • Doit dtenir un permis de conduire valide et sans restriction
  • Doit tre capable, avec ou sans amnagements raisonnables, de rcuprer du matriel sur les tagres, les piles au sol et de soulever et transporter jusqu' 50 lb. frquemment et jusqu' 70 livres. l'occasion
  • Doit tre capable de lire, crire, comprendre et communiquer en anglais
  • Doit tre capable d'atteindre, d'crire, de comprendre et de communiquer en franais
Qualifications souhaitables
  • Avoir au moins un diplme d'tudes secondaires ou FG
  • Avoir au moins un (1) an d'exprience de travail dans l'utilisation d'quipements de manutention (par exemple : chariots lvateurs (debout et assis), transpalettes, diables, prparateurs de commandes, palans sous vide, chariots tambour, tapis roulants, etc.)
  • Avoir au moins un (1) an d'exprience professionnelle dans le service la clientle, la vente au dtail ou la vente
