About the Position: We are seeking a knowledgeable BCBA to bring their expertise to our team. The role includes conducting assessments, creating intervention plans, and mentoring behavior technicians. Collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams is key to ensuring clients achieve their goals.
Responsibilities Include:
•Designing FBAs and BIPs based on ABA best practices.
•Monitoring and analyzing progress data to refine strategies.
•Providing guidance, supervision, and training to team members.
•Working closely with families to establish treatment plans across settings.
•Delivering direct therapy sessions and functional skills training as needed.
•Documenting all client-related activities per professional guidelines.
Qualifications:
•BCBA credential in good standing.
•Proven experience in developing ABA-based programs.
•Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Compensation: $100/hr.
